A light weight and simple Python program for Scheduled push notifications in your Windows system regarding battery charge level status
You're a battery-nerd. You like your device's battery percent within the golden range of 20 to 80.
However, you always remember to plug the charger late, and/or forget to unplug the charger early. What do you do? so to solve the problem here's a Python program to notify you when you should plug and unplug your computer.
pip install plyer
pip install psutil
Your laptop with 3.7.x (onwards) installed.
NOTE: Those with Linux and MacOSX would have Python installed by default, no action required.
Windows: Download the version for your laptop via https://www.python.org/downloads/
NOTES In your preferred editor, make sure indentation is set to "4 spaces".
- Clone or download repositiory: https://github.com/arevish/batterynotifier.git
- In source folder, run
python3 'batterynotifier.py'
to start program, optionally, run with--help
argument to see other runtime options.
