This adds a method to customize crash reports by setting a user identifier, documentation in here:

I don't use Crashlytics yet so I can't test it, but I don't see any issues with the code and the PR seems very complete. Thanks @rutbastoni for updating the documentation!

I have tested for both platforms, user identifiers appear in my Firebase Console.
This can be very useful in customer care assistance when you have to look for a specific user crash.
Of course more tests and feedbacks are welcome
