This PR adds support for a detailed model check subcommand.

Current issues

  1. Not all modules have check functions yet.

Code changes

  • Add module tag to class output in gldcore/json.cpp.
  • Add support for json format output of globals in gldcore/cmdarg.cpp.
  • Add module/NAME/check_NAME.py

Documentation changes

Test and Validation Notes

  • Add gldcore/scripts/autotest/test_check.glm
