ncSOS v1.0 Test Results

@kknee , @cheryldmorse , @dpsnowden , the test of ncSOS v1.0 that I've completed recently, generally confirmed that ncSOS is now way better. However, there still are some bugs to fix: one error seems to be critical as it brakes schema validation, and some less critical errors that may be fixed later or even left alone. Pull request #157 fixes the main issues identified in the test report. Issues #158 and #159 have been opened to document the other non-critical issues that were identified. These issues should be looked at again for v2.0.
