NOJ to TAB dictionary format convertor which works in the following transition process.

EPWING -> NOJ -> TAB -> OPF -> PRC(Mobi)

Requirements

• Python 2.7
• Clime

Usage

$ python noj2tab.py main [--outfile=<default:'tabfile'>] [--delimit=<value>] <filename>
