[OGSMOD-2849] Fix linestyle texture problem

### Description of Change(s) I found a bug with the line style converter. So the old linestyle texture has some problem. I need to update the texture. ### Fixes Issue(s) After I replaced the line style in the USD example with the line style that Fusion team will use: DashedX2, DotX2 and Center, I found that the left cap and right cap in the dash will not show.
