Bootstrap VSCode Devcontainer setup for new projects. Setup requires: VSCode IDE, VSCode Remote container extension and Docker.
Launch directory in a Remote container by copying the contents of this repository to your repository and selecting Open Folder in container... in the VSCode Command Palette.
