Since most people go to our top-level README to look at setup
instructions, and we haven't release v0.7.3 yet, the current README
is misleading.

So the only way they get info on these beta npm versions is from Paul's "AWS Cloud Development Kit Private Beta: On-Boarding Guide" Word doc? Why don't we add that to the GitHub repo as release notes? I can convert it to Markdown if need be.
