Why is this change necessary?
There needs to be a way to use build in source for the
sam buildandsam synccommands.How does it address the issue?
Adds a new click option,
--build-in-source/--no-build-in-source, that is mutually exclusive with--use-containerto enable building in source for select workflows.Additionally, build integration tests are now allowed to run since this click option is now exposed. Sync integration tests are still commented out since this a bit more effort to fix.
What side effects does this change have?
