Description of changes:
Moves the
testdirectory (which contains unit-style tests for the Packer templates) undertemplates. Also movestemplatesto the root of the repo, and gets rid ofsrc.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
