This also includes some additional cleanup for wrapped libc that is no longer required.
Removed some unneeded clean commands.

* Added Windows support The 0.12.x version now supports Windows. The Windows version is currently mastered on the branch `windows`, which will be merged at a later date. This compiles the native version of the KPL to support macOS 10.9 and greater.
