Any way to disable MQTT initialization?

Dear all,

I found that the call to aws_mqtt_library_init() (https://github.com/awslabs/aws-crt-cpp/blob/main/source/Api.cpp#L47) takes quite some time especially on armhf systems, and since I am not using MQTT at all, I was wondering if there is any option to disable this initialization?

There is no way to disable it. If there is a pause it is likely something invoked downstream from that function and skipping it would just move the wait to the s3 init function. Most likely the pause is initializing a source of strong randomness in s2n/aws-c-cal/aws-lc.
