Motivation

New release for Device Client.

Modifications

Change summary

  • Updated version to 1.9x
  • Create new v1.9 tag
  • Added Change log with issues resolved and changes made since last release.

Note: The CI test for AmazonLinux are failing because of a known issue. The issue/bug is in the Docker image used for testing the code change and not in the Device Client code itself. Team is working on fixing the docker base images.
