VMD LegIK to LegD Converter

Tested on latest Windows 11 and Visual Studio 2022 runtime.

1. Drag in a PMX file. (Optional. If not set, use default PMX in drs.zip to calculate, and result may vary based on model size.)
2. Drag in a VMD file, then it will play the animation and record transform of legDs. Recorded animation will be saved to "[fiilename]_IKLeg2D.vmd" in the same folder of the VMD file.

Just modified from my another app , not fully tested.

Unzip to plugins folder.
If you want to use VRM4U material, skip dialog and import with VRM4U first in the same folder.
