I'm noticing that after saving and then opening a node for editing again immediately, some of the recent changes (e.g. deleting a Paragraphs item) aren't showing until a cache clear -- a deleted Paragraphs item still shows up. We should maybe clear the entity cache upon saving to make sure it loads fresh the next time.
