Publish/Unpublish option for Paragraphs

This would be a backport of a feature that is in D8 Paragraphs. There is a patch-in-progress on this issue:

Early PR based on patch in the D7 queue from @Stolkmachine, @rikvd, @majdi, and @interdruper.

As noted by @donaldwbabcock in that queue:

• the "Published" checkbox sits outside the "This Paragraph has been removed..." warning when removing a Paragraphs item. It should be hidden as well at that point.
• Some kind of visual display indicating unpublished (besides the checkbox) would be good.
• Might be nice to render status as a pseudo field for placement in the "Manage fields" screen.

I think I like this better as a button rather than a checkbox, which solves a few of the issues above in one swoop.
