Paragraphs Type Clone

A brief description of the feature or functionality you require
In a similar way to Content Type Clone, this would add a clone button to the paragraph type list entry that would clone the paragraph type with all the fields.

The reason for this, is that sometimes a minor variant of an existing paragraph type is required and being able to start with an existing type and then modify as required would save time.

I don't think it would be necessary, or even desirable, to have the option to clone content at the same time like Content Type Clone does.

Content Type Clone - Backdrop - this might be the simplest approach - to fork this module, strip out the un-needed functions, and then modify for paragraph types.
Entity Type Clone - D8 - clones any entity type

Working on this; got working version, but needs quite a bit of clean up before is ready for contrib
