Update to Snapcast v0.15.0
init scripts are respecting the START_SNAPCLIENT and START_SNAPSERVER variables in /etc/default/snapclient and /etc/default/snapserver

Bugfixes

Buildroot: snapclient init was reading the defaults from a wrong variable (SNAPCAST_OPTS instead of SNAPCLIENT_OPTS)
