Dev Engagement

Dev Issues:

All requirements will be described fully in the issue. If there are any external resources linked to the issue, such as Figma artifacts or Google Sheets, those will be versioned and remain immutable in the sprint. Changes in external artifacts will be added and actioned as distinct and future work.

When working on an issue in the sprint, developers will expand on requirements if any are found missing, such that the associated PR can be tested against the defined requirements. If testing uncovers new requirements, those will be added as distinct issues and actioned in future work.
