Scenario 1 - 7 days prior to the end of the 30 day statement window
GIVEN that the account is in good standing
AND it is seven (7) days prior the statement due date
THEN the system generates a reminder that the statement is due in 7 days
AND the notice specifies amount owing AND the due date
AND the notice is emailed to the admins on the account
AND a banner is displayed on the dashboard that amount is due in seven days.

Scenario 2 - The final day the payment is due
GIVEN that the account is in good standing
AND it has been 30 days since the statement was issued
THEN the system generates a reminder on the day the statement is due
AND the notice specifies amount owing AND today's due date for the account
AND the notice is emailed to the admins on the account
AND a banner is displayed on the dashboard that amount is due today.
