Confirm Additional Transfer Types

Doug will need to make final updates to ensure we have transfer type codes for each transfer type that will exist in the new application.

Review is required to confirm the transfer type codes that he'd created in 17149, the list of transfer types that we have in the new application, and to confirm any changes needed.

So far, I've noted
Remove TRANS_LANDLORD (SEIZURE AND SALE BY LANDLORD)
Add TRANS_WRIT_POSSESSION
Remove TRANS_TRUST

The changes Doug will make are listed in 18230 and can be groomed once scope is known.

@lbergero819 should this be assigned to you because you did the initial work and checking with Sharon? Since that work was completed and the last API updates were made to include the transfer types I believe this can be closed.
