Currently, statement recipients are managed through statement settings and they are added / removed via the modal.

Since this modal is hidden for the EFT payment method we cannot manage statement recipients.

Recommendation:

  1. re-enable the Statement Settings icon
  2. Grey out the 'frequency' section of the settings modal
  3. allow them to add new statement recipients

Design link attached to the ticket with radio button disabled state
Noticed additional email logic needed to make sure the account owner would get the statement notification emails
