Filings UI - retry pending filings for completion?

  (Example below shows a correction filing, but this can happen with any filing, and may even be more likely with amalgamation filings since the Filer has more work to do on them.)

Sometimes when we file, we're getting:

This is because the Filer (which we don't wait for) has not completed the filing yet.

This ticket was created on the idea that, when the UI sees a ledger entry that should be completed, it could poll the Legal API for a short period (eg, 10 sec) to see if the filing gets completed. If not then the ledger will continue to display as above.

Note that there is already a similar mechanism in the Todo List to poll for changes to pending tasks.

Jason, could you please restore the enhancement or techdebt label please?

@severinbeauvais - My understanding is that everything that isn't a bug or techdebt is an enhancement. Feature work providing more value to end customers. And so the enhancement label is redundant, as it essentially applies to all feature work.

OK. Can we delete obsolete labels?

Janis says that she sees this often in Test. Severin says he sees it only occasionally in Dev. Prod - unknown.

We need to review and select an optimal approach for dealing with tickets requiring decisions on common behavior for multiple features.

In meanwhile this ticket could be moved to the post-MVP epic. We will review the epic later to refine the scope and sort things out.
