We have received confirmation that the BCOL Helpdesk are currently all on the BC Registries staff account. Customizing their account would require they move to a new account. @MeganFedora was it you who was working with BCOL Helpdesk to get them onto a new account. Can you keep us posted and we will leave this as 'blocked' for now?

In very early discussion with Patty Stemkens, and Debbie Blyth. There is a lot to dig into with permissions so the work is moving slowly. I will keep you posted as we will want a PO discussion before we finalize account permissions. @mstanton1
