When downloading or fetching a file make sure the filename has a file extension. Many files in the system don't have the extension. The download file name is the documentFileName or (if empty) the displayName of (if empty) the internal name.

We may choose to also compose and run an ETL that resets the file extension on all filename properties. This is optional.
