Status Updated timestamp missing

On the Request detail page the Status Updated timestamp appears to be missing. This is a distinct timestamp from the other Updated timestamp, although the distinction between them is non-obvious. Specifically in the case of requests that were executed on a child garden, the Status Updated timestamp indicates the time that the request actually entered whatever state it's in on the child garden. As where the Updated timestamp reports when the parent garden updated its own record of that request. In cases where we are displaying one of those timestamps, we should display both.
