EduSteem is an educational software suite based around the idea of "reflective learning" in which the students are asked to produce, in their own words, a summation of the lesson.
EduSteem is being developed for my household and my children in mind. It is my hope that others find it useful and adopt the software for their own needs, but broad adoption isn't the goal at this time.
EduSteem started as Taskid a child friendly task manager I was creating for the app-a-week challenge. The premise was to make a software that would reward the child "Screen Time" if they did their choirs. Since we made the hard choice to remove our kids from public school the project needed to be rethought. Which lead us to where the project is today.
