Portugese was the test language for the implementation of website translation. The following PRs fixed small issues in huey735's work to clear the way for more languages to be added:

With more developers possibly joining the project, I figured it worthwhile to update the contributor checklist with clearer guidelines on how to get started, how to find work, and how to get paid.

• Host and upload 3 growth calls (150)
  • One growth call (July 4) was not held, as I found late out I'd be on a boat in the middle of nowhere at the time of the call.
• Pay for premium Zoom membership (30)
  • It's 15 USD/month, but I forgot to include last month's fee in last month's request.

Contributions in progress

• Growth calls are changing. First one of the new "flavor" was held yesterday and was quite successful.

• Experimenting with new docs infrastructure; hoping to migrate before any major additions/changes to it are made. Major impetus for this is translations, although it will be very nice to have search as well.

• Better communication about the DAO.
