  1. Mark UTXOs as reserved when used in a transaction 

    When creating transactions sequentially, this change
locks UTXOs once used by a transaction, so that it
can't be used as input by a following transaction.
These UTXOs are freed once the transaction is cancelled
or broadcasted.
