org-arbeitszeit
provides a new dynamic block for Org called arbeitszeit
(German for “working hours”).
This dynamic block collects all clocked hours and provides a weekly table to quickly see your accumulated overtime:
The easiest way to install org-arbeitszeit
is MELPA. You can use package.el
:
;; Set up package.el to work with MELPA
(require 'package)
(add-to-list 'package-archives
'("melpa" . "https://melpa.org/packages/"))
(package-initialize)
(package-refresh-contents)
;; Download org-arbeitszeit
(unless (package-installed-p 'org-arbeitszeit)
(package-install 'org-arbeitszeit))
To insert a new block, use M-x org-dynamic-block-insert-dblock
(usually bound to C-c C-x x
) and choose arbeitszeit
.
org-arbeitszeit
provides a customization group, also called org-arbeitszeit
. Use M-x customize-group RET org-arbeitszeit RET
to customize the values to your liking or set them in your configuration:
;; You only work 4 days per week...
(setq org-arbeitszeit-days-per-week 4
;; ... but 10 hours on each day.
org-arbeitszeit-hours-per-day 10
;; Don't include worked clocked on headlines that are tagged
;; with break, nonwork or private
org-arbeitszeit-match "-break-nonwork-private")
You can also set these values on a file (via M-x add-file-local-variable
) or directory level (M-x add-dir-local-variable
).
See the examples folder.
For the current list of todos, see the lisp source itself.
