  • VIDEO-2917: includes PDBs in nuget package
  • Updates NuGet package to include debug and release builds
  • Uses our Cerbero-built GStreamer installer when building on Windows
  • Makes AwsApiHandle::GetHandle() thread safe by adding a mutex
  • Adds some debug logging
  • Updates GitHub Actions versions
