Initial release of weave-tracker software.

Installation is performed over USB through Thonny. Follow instructions here: https://learn.pimoroni.com/article/getting-started-with-pico for installing the included .uf2 file to the Pico. Next step is to use Thonny to copy the contents of the weave-tracker directory to the root of the Pico flash memory (do not place the weave-tracker directory itself, or the program will not auto-start on power-on).
