this should improve SEO visibility as html page title and description meta tags are now taken from the header in each .md file. Before this change e.g. the tile was only added as a <h1> to the top of the page, but not to the page title attribute. Signed-off-by: Christoph Rueger <c.rueger@synesty.com>

This should have a positiv effect on search engine visibility since those reward unique page titles. |
