Confirming ownCloud 10 and NextCloud 12 support

This release has been tested against ownCloud versions up to 10.0 and NextCloud version 12. See the full change log below:

Second release

This is the second release of ownCloud# that contains important bugfixis.

PLEASE NOTE: This release is currently ony validated to work properly with ownCloud 8.2. Release 0.3.0 will involve testing the library for ownCloud 9.x and NextCloud compatability.
