This is a Solarized color scheme for Coda and SubEthaEdit, contributed by Justin Hileman.

Import via the Coda or SubEthaEdit color preferences pane. Select "Use Inverted Colors" to switch to the light-on-dark variant.
Note: Sometimes Coda doesn't get the text and background colors right on import. If that happens, use these values:
