uniset 0.3.1

Starting with uniset 0.3.0, the way how the handover of values between uniset and the target package is done was changed. Therefore, the call to attach() in the target package is not required any more. Target packages still using code generated by uniset < 0.3.x have to adapt the code according to the templates that can be obtained when calling e.g. uniset_getFiles().
With the update to uniset 0.3.1 an informative error message is displayed when a target package tries to hand over values in an outdated manner.
Additionally, a strategy is introduced to be able to run tests on target packages using uniset. See https://bpollner.github.io/uniset/news/index.html for further information.
