Multiple AUv3 Instances

Having multiple AUv3 instances has always been possible but they would negatively interact with each other due to global settings. This release fixes that by using unique tags for each AUv3 instance. Uniqueness should be guaranteed through the use of OS file locking.

Global tuning offset and SF2 tagging

This release includes features asked for by customers:

• Tagging of SF2 files in order to filter which ones are shown in the file list
• Support alternate A4 frequencies. Default is standard 440 Hz, but now allows for this to vary over 2 octaves up or down. Offers quick way to change to scientific / Verdi tuning of 430.54 Hz.
