What is this PR
Why is this PR needed?
The plugin takes a long time to launch compared to other plugins.
What does this PR do?
Move the import statement from
run_registrationand by extensionimport itk(the library that takes a long time to import) into the_on_run_button_clickas that's the first time it's needed. This allows the plugin to open quickly by moving the waiting time to the final registration step.References
