Setting Brave colors to dark makes extension bubbles unreadable.

Description

When brave colors are set to dark, the text coloration for extension notification bubbles in the menu bar is also set to dark. Because the bubbles for these have dark backgrounds, it makes the text for these add-ons unreadable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Include extensions with notification bubbles in the menu bar
2. Set Brave Colors to dark
