Incorrect graphic used for pending confirmation message

Steps to reproduce

1. Follow steps from brave/brave-core#13609 to trigger pending contribution message
2. Open Panel and refresh pub info
3. Pending contribution message is shown but the graphic icon doesn't match what is on desktop
