I previously updated #17605 that the issue seems to have been resolved since upgrading Ubuntu and Brave but unfortunately I can see it is still ongoing on another device which is relatively high performing so unlikely hardware is the issue: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS, AMD® Ryzen 5 5500u with radeon graphics × 12, 16 GB RAM, Version 1.46.153 Chromium: 108.0.5359.128 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Please re-open #17605.
