Description

Intermittently on twitch publisher videos (live streams), the publisher name is sometimes shown in the panel from the media id (from the url) rather than from the user facing name. Possible due to racey between BatGetMedia::processMedia and BatGetMedia::GetMediaActivityFromUrl
