Description

Webpage becomes blank, Refresh and Tab switch buttons become unresponsive when the Keep Private Tabs switch is disabled.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Brave
  2. Open Private Tab
  3. Go to any website in a Private Tab
  4. Hamburger menu > Settings
  5. Private Tabs > Enable and then disable Keep Private Tabs toggle switch
  6. Close the settings > Observe blank page
  7. Tap Tab switch or Refresh button > Observe that nothing is happening

Actual result

Webpage becomes blank, Refresh and Tab switch buttons become unresponsive when the Keep Private Tabs switch is disabled.

Expected result

Buttons must be tappable and the webpage must not be blank when disabling the Keep Private Tabs switch.
