gatk-dev-public is a bad email address to use because its a publicly visible group. It's not confidential at all.

@droazen and @lbergelson the support team created an email address(gatk-support@broadinstitute.zendesk.com) to report "code of conduct" complaints. These complaints will be reported on zendesk and can be viewed by the support team. Does that work?
