Methods team has updated how we structure our own buckets

${prefix}/${user} to ${prefix}-${user}

Updating scripts to reflect that, and to avoid zombie buckets.

This is fine -- ideally changes in how we organize our internal buckets shouldn't affect the code in this repo, but this looks innocuous to me.
