因为服务器默认开始了 gzip，所以在响应结果里出现了乱码情况，需要每个请求都要设置 Accept-Encoding: None，这个很麻烦，如果有一个全局设置就好了。

@brookshi header 需要通用的, 其实 project / collection 有一个需求是类似的. tests 里面也需要默认的设置.
