Add doc for vcpkg installation of the library

Since it is available through vcpkg, it could be useful for some users to have the doc about how to install and use the library through this channel.

Oh, cool, I didn't realize my package is available through vcpkg. Perhaps I'll update the port myself whenever I post a new release, so it's kept up to date.

I'll add a note in the documentation of the next version, which should hopefully be up either later today or tomorrow (and will also include a unit test and a few other changes). I'll write it in my own words, though, if you don't mind :) Thanks for letting me know!

I added a short explanation about installing with vcpkg in the documentation for v2.0.0. Closing the pull request now.

I plan to update the vcpkg port to this new version some time tomorrow, since it's already past midnight. If you want to update the port on your own earlier than that, you are more than welcome to do so :)
