Add slicesextended.Copy to easily copy slices.
Add private/pkg/cache that implements a simple cache that utilizes double-locking.
Add private/pkg/dag/dagtest which has function RequireGraphEqual to test graphs.
Add comment about storage.ObjectInfo stating that it is cachable.
