We want detection-specific lifecycle errors to be the 102-199 range https://github.com/buildpacks/spec/blob/platform/0.4/platform.md#outputs. We should probably make a generic CodeDetectError = 102

However, given that we want to change the generic errors for all of the phases we can defer this change to a future PR.
