Description

This pull request addresses an issue where comments posted in the Tutorials section were not displayed immediately after submission. The following changes have been made to ensure comments appear without requiring a page reload:

• Refactored the CommentBox component to handle comment submission more efficiently.
• Improved state management to dynamically update comments on submission.
• Enhanced the user experience by ensuring comments are displayed promptly after posting.

The changes are necessary to resolve a bug where comments were not appearing immediately after being posted on the Tutorials Page. By optimizing the comment submission process and updating the display logic, we aim to provide users with a smoother and more responsive interaction.
